PRODUCING AND PRESERVING VOCAL HARMONY and RHYTHM & BLUES MUSIC
____________________________
On a Sunday in September 1983 88 people witnessed 96 singers in 20 vocal groups perform in what Goldmine Magazine called "The Woodstock of Rhythm and Blues". It was called the 1983 BURLINGTON CONCERT. In July 2007 Ronnie I, the late founder and President of UGHA told the producer, Mark del Costello, that this concert was voted by 5000 Doo Wop fans as the "Greatest Doo Wop Concert of All-time". Today thousands of doo wop fans wish they had been there on that Sunday in 1983. It was a once in a lifetime concert. Well, now you've got one more chance to attend a "once in a lifetime concert" as Mark del Costello is producing a 25th Anniversary concert featuring groups and singers that will more then likely never be seen again on stage. There are fewer then 140 seats available for this concert. If you passed on the 1983 concert don't miss this one.
